I loved reading this story about Brady’s life and his family! It’s so raw and a story so many could relate to! It inspires me to never give up, and truly anything in life is possible. He’s gone thru so much adversity throughout his life yet he continues to perservier. I finished this book in 1 1/2 hrs because it totally captured my attention and I couldn’t wait to read what happened next. You will love it!!!!!

With PTSD becoming not so rare in our time Healing Waters will bring some understanding to the reader on this often misunderstood subject. It was a light read for a dark subject. There is hope and help for those and their loved ones afflicted by this condition.

Brady offers a personal look at his time in the military and shares a thoughtful tribute to his daughter in this book. The memoir underscores the challenges facing many military veterans while providing a redeeming story about love and family.

Ashley’s art

A nonprofit organization started by Ed Nicholson at Walter Reed. Now there are thousands of active duty and veterans healing through Fly Fishing, Fly Tying, Rod Building, and many other classes. I am proud to be a participant/volunteer/mentor/ambassador for them.

Combat Veteran founded non-profit helping other Combat Veterans with the healing through the enjoying the outdoors and making connections with other Combat Veteran members and volunteers. We help facilitate this through events and meetings where volunteers and participants share knowledge of equipment and skills in predator hunting and deep sea fishing.

We can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

Connect with the Veterans Crisis Line to reach caring, qualified responders with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Many of them are Veterans themselves.

Affected by your service on or after September 11, 2001? We can help. Physical or invisible, your needs matter and we have a community of donors, partners, employees and fellow warriors to make sure you’re not alone.

We have a website with information for Ashley‘s Foundation. It has many resources for others who are going through or know someone going through traumatic events.

Ashley singing

This video was shot in Wiesbaden Germany.  Ashley did an amazing job and blew the audience away. She developed into a beautiful singer and would always be listening or singing music.

Ashley in her first track meet

This is when Ashley was in track. She did the high jump (like her dad) and she could run like the wind.
